Pierfrancesco brings more than 15 years’ experience across algorithmic trading and fintech, having built and led businesses as an entrepreneur, CEO and fund manager. He is also currently Chairman of Euklid, with a career focused on developing technology-driven approaches to financial markets and investment management. As General Manager of Modelomni Italia, he leads its development in the Italian market, building relationships with asset managers, institutional investors and strategic industry partners and coordinating the partnerships and opportunities that underpin its growth.

Massimo brings extensive senior leadership experience across private banking and wealth management, including as CEO of Banca Fideuram and Allianzbank F.A., together with experience advising businesses and financial institutions as a senior partner with Kearney. At Modelomni Italia, he supports business development across banking and wealth management, bringing senior market insight and relationships to help shape institutional positioning, develop partnerships and identify opportunities where Modelomni can create value.

Giorgio brings more than 15 years’ experience advising businesses and institutions on M&A and corporate finance, with expertise spanning transactions, strategic advisory and corporate development. He has also been a Lecturer at the University of Turin since 2019, combining practical financial experience with an academic perspective. At Modelomni Italia, he supports business development and strategic relationships, drawing on his corporate-finance experience to engage institutions and partners, evaluate opportunities and help develop the firm's broader position in the Italian market.
